It feels like it's been forever since I've updated... but it's only been like a week or so. Actually, just since Thursday, because that was when I was talking about how I am a human pole for the last 20 minutes of the ballet class that I help with.
Yesterday I found the "Evil Overlord List." I was laughing so hard. Someone should write a story in which the villain is actually smart like in the Evil Overlord List. These are probably my two favorites:

If I'm eating dinner with the hero, put poison in his goblet, then have to leave the table for any reason, I will order new drinks for both of us instead of trying to decide whether or not to switch with him.

If I have children and subsequently grandchildren, I will keep my three-year-old granddaughter near me at all times. When the hero enters to kill me, I will ask him to first explain to her why it is necessary to kill her beloved grandpa. When the hero launches into an explanation of morality way over her head, that will be her cue to pull the lever and send him into the pit of crocodiles. After all, small children like crocodiles almost as much as Evil Overlords and it's important to spend quality time with the grandkids.
Whoa. I forgot that my iTunes was on Shuffle so I was listening to the first song on the Happy Feet soundtrack and then all of a sudden the "Oh no, Jedi are dying" song (aka "Anakin's Betrayal" from the ROTS soundtrack) started playing and I was like, WTF, and then I realized that it was on shuffle. Yes, this is one of the non-common sense things that Shaylagh was referring to this morning. (because she was a tad upset that Clarisse and I were making fun of her mustache and she said something like, "This kind of thing is something that would happen to Allison, not me," and I was like, "Oh that's nice," and she said something like, "Well, you're book smart but you have no common sense.")
Today in my poetry winterterm we covered a chalkboard with fun words. I definitely have to tell Miss Houde about that on Friday. And my improv class is just awesome. One of the scenes involved someone being an expert in prostitution, and then we had to have the audience idea "stripper" banned from the class because someone would always call that out and we usued it a couple of times but then Mr. Robertson apparently got tired of it because he banned it.
